المستندات المطلوبة للتسجيل
يشترط لاستيفاء التسجيل تقديم المستندات التالية:
- الملف الصحي للطلبة المستجدين لجميع الجنسيات، على أن يتم استخراج السجل الصحي بدءًا من شهر مارس من العام الذي ستبدأ فيه الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى استكمال إجراءات بطاقة التطعيم لجميع الطلبة من المراكز الصحية.
- البطاقة الشخصية وجواز السفر الأصلي المسجل به الطالب (ساري المفعول) + صورة عنهما (لجميع الطلبة والطالبات).
- إقامة سارية المفعول عند تاريخ التسجيل على جواز السفر + صورة عنها (لجميع الطلبة المقيمين).
- عدد (4) صور شخصية حديثة للطالب/ـة.
- بطاقة وليّ الأمر وجواز السفر (الأب – الأم).
- شهادة تثبت جهة عمل وليّ الأمر لغير القطريين، وأبناء مواطني دول مجلس التعاون، وأبناء القطريات، وأبناء حاملي بطاقة تصريح الإقامة المؤقتة — للطلبة المستجدين وإعادة القيد. يجب أن تكون الشهادة حديثة وصادرة خلال شهر واحد قبل موعد التسجيل.
Required Documents for Registration
To complete registration, please submit the following:
- The health file for new students of all nationalities. The health record must be issued starting from March of the year the studies begin, and the student’s immunization card must be completed at health centers.
- Original, valid QID (where applicable) and the passport used to register the student, plus a copy (for all students).
- A valid residence permit at the time of registration shown in the passport, plus a copy (for all resident students).
- Four (4) recent passport-sized photos of the student.
- Parent/guardian ID and passport (father and mother).
- An employment verification letter for the parent/guardian for non-Qataris, children of GCC citizens, children of Qatari mothers, and holders of a temporary residence permit — for new admissions and re-enrollment. The letter must be recent and issued within one month prior to registration.
