The health file for new students of all nationalities must be obtained starting from March of the year in which studies will begin, in addition to completing the vaccination card procedures for all students from health centers.

The personal identification card and the original passport registered with the student (valid) + a copy of both (for all male and female students).

Valid residence permit at the date of registration on the passport + a copy of it (for all resident students).

Four (4) recent passport-sized photos of the student.

Guardian's ID card and passport (father - mother).

Certificate proving the employer of the guardian for non-Qataris, children of citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, children of Qatari women, and children of holders of temporary residence permit — for new students and re-enrollment. The certificate must be recent and issued within one month prior to the registration date.
